Serve The People Inc is an organization with a diverse base of members. We provide extensive support and education for children and women, especially in enclaved areas and areas affected by conflicts, to meet their necessary health, food, and development needs.We are trying to expand our coverage to all villages and towns in Cameroon and to neighboring countries such as Chad and the Central African Republic.

Global Gender Equality
A world of equality regardless of race, gender, religion will help to advance and forge gender equality, that will be very positive to our communities. The world still hasn’t focused enough on gender. After so many years of distinguished efforts to improve cultures of women and girls, equality is still generations outcasts. We now around the globe to educate and partner with organizations that share the same vision and mission. Women are highly and disproportionately being disadvantaged by disease, ignorance and especially pandemics. Gender inequality can be the end in less one of the world’s problems. Serve The People INC is actively and seriously committed to encourage gender and inclusivity in the world of leadership and the fight for women to come together in pursuit of their rights, their economic goals because when we work with together, we will aim and greatly achieve our goals and reach our dreams and hope. We encourage that each person strives to get problems, it is time for girls and women to break barriers, shatter silence and make gender stride for gender equality. Let us fight gender inequality together.
Disability Support
Disability can be overcome by allowing the disabled to enjoy life like others.
Most disabled and physically challenged persons deny of neglect. SERVE THE PEOPLE INC is deeply involved in the campaign and fight against disabled people and to better their lives. Physically handicapped persons must be integrated into the society, we must make sure everyone deserves them with basic needs such as food, accommodation, medical care, and equipment to facilitate their movements. We should support and provide earning opportunities for them like marketing and handicraft to sustain them in life. The condition of disability should not be an imitation but a challenge that should be overcome. People of good will should come out to their rescue.
Share Food
During hard times, when people lost their jobs, when they are sick, when they are affected by pandemic, SERVE THE PEOPLE INC comes in for hunger relief. Ensure we share food, not as one goes hungry. We work tirelessly, we look for volunteers to help deliver food to children, the elderly, to people with disabilities. We make sure food reaches the appropriate quarters of the vulnerable communities (population), we make sure they eat every day.
Vocational Training & Empowerment Program
Due to the high unemployment rate among underprivileged women and youths in Cameroon, Serve the People Inc ( STP ) have engaged in giving access to vocational training as one of the tools for the creation of human capital.
Those in rural areas hardly have the opportunity to receive such training like hair designs, beauty therapy, catering and pastry, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and many others.
Annual Training & Community Empowerment
Serve the People Inc organized free Annual Training, bringing together community leaders, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The initiative was aimed to equip participants with practical skills to enhance their professional and community impact. Serve The People Inc emphasized the importance of focusing efforts on actions that will yield the greatest results. Participants were trained through a hands-on workshop approach on four key modules: Project Management Fundamentals, Social Entrepreneurship and Organizational Sustainability, Project Proposal Writing, and Partnership Building and Stakeholder Engagement. This initiative was equally designed to foster collaboration, skill-building, and networking among attendees. By the end of the training participants left with enhanced skills, stronger professional networks, and practical tools to serve their communities more effectively.

Monitoring and Due Diligence
Serve the People Inc. has a responsibility to conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into any partnership with any local non-governmental and charitable organizations, especially regarding their credibility.
Conflict Of Interest
A conflict of interest occurs when a person’s private interest interferes or appears to interfere with the interest of Serve the people Inc.
Any covered person must be aware that service to our organization should never be subordinate to personal gains or advantage. In particular, such persons must never use his or her position at STP to obtain any improper personal benefits for himself or herself, family members or friends.
Menstrual Hygiene Campaigns
SERVE THE PEOPLE INC organized a workshop on menstruation and menstrual hygiene challenges in government and private secondary and high schools. STP educated them why menstruation is a vital sign of good reproductive health.

-how to use waste bins during the periods.Some menstrual hygiene products like sanitary pads,wipes,soap and hand sanitizer were shared to participants.

We strongly encourage the communities we serve to raise concerns to STP about inappropriate conduct of STP or its volunteers.
Community Engagement
Serve the People Inc. promotes social cohesion, fosters social and economic development, and contributes to the sustainability of the communities in which we serve.we collaborate with local non-governmental and charitable organizations.
Capacity Building
Serve the People Inc,is committed to widening its vision in capacity building.We work to identify practical barriers,get new ideas and recommendations for making capacity building more equitable, accessible and more effective.
We identify youth, community needs and set priorities.
The ultimate goal of capacity building is to improve, create safe and productive communities where people can work,live and develop their potentials.
Our strategies for intervention would be approached from several perspectives, especially on sustainable development.
